Your server were affected by network issue earlier today if you noticed it. Afwan jiddan, we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences caused to your part.

Below is the report summary:-

Problem: Network Congested.

Description: Network Congested within servers connected to switch04 in TM Net datacenter, level 3, Cyberjaya. This is due one of the customer server is receiving traffic abuse to his/her server therefore any servers sharing the same switch with this problematic server is having slow response time from their server.

Action: We troubleshoot every server by disconnecting them one by one while monitoring the network response status until we found which server is causing this. There are many servers within our stackable network switch therefore it require some time to fix. The abuse server has been disconnected permanently from BaitulBytes network.
