Master Service Agreement.

This Master Service Agreement shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس , hereinafter ("The Company", "Baitul Bytes Enterprise بايتول بيتس انترڤريسي", "Baitul Bytes Network بايتول بيتس نيتوورق", "BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس", "We", "Us", and "Our") and the subscriber of services ("Musytarikun", "Customer", "You", "User" and "Client") who is using our service(s) or product(s). The Master Service Agreement shall include the Terms of Service (TOS), the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), the Privacy Policy (PP) and Copyright & Disclaimer (CD). Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements found herein.

BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس reserves the right to change the Master Service Agreement at any time, without any form of notice to our clients, non-clients, or the general public. It is the customer's responsibility to check these Terms of Service from time to time for such changes. At all times customers are bound to the terms set forth. In no event shall BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس or its staff's lack of enforcement of these terms constitute a waiver of these terms at any time.

By signing up with our service in any form, or utilizing our service in any form, you agree that you fully understand, fully accept, and will fully comply with our Master Service Agreement.

Notice: Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension and/or deactivation (with or withour refund, subject to BaitulBytes discretion). Any accounts and/or servers contained within BaitulBytes network must adhere to the above policies.

We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund--and none will be given. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required.

BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site hosted on our servers that contains any content that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.

Note: BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس reserves the right to revise our policies or agreement at anytime.
