PAYMENT POLICIES.

We accepted payment through local banks in Malaysia such as Maybank, CIMB Bank, Affin Bank and Bank Islam, neither Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) or bank counter (offline) or Online Transfer Funds (online). We are preferred this payment gateways.

BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس now accepting payment through PayPal as for alternation of payment gateways. Payment via PayPal will need our approval before account activation (manual activation). If you want to make a payment through PayPal please contact us!

PLEASE NOTE that PayPal is alternation only and you can make a payment by using PayPal for shared hosting plans, reseller hosting plans, and domain names only. We do not accept and you cannot make a payment by using PayPal for VPS, Dedicated, Colo, etc. Preferably if payment through local banks in Malaysia.

Payment Insruction & Account Activation:

1. After make a payment, please ensure that save a copy of the receipt successful transaction detail after the payment and send to us via our official Billing Department mail billing[@]baitulbytes.com.my or Submit Ticket to Billing Department or fax to 03-6207 5722 as proof of payment for account activation.
   
2. If you make a payment via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) or bank counter, please scan your slip of the receipt or any proof of the payment then quote your Invoice ID / Domain Name to our official Billing Department, fax to 03-6207 5722 or Submit Ticket to Billing Department.

3. An additional charge $1.50 USD for this payment gateway will be charged to the buyer / payer.
4. Payment via PayPal will need our approval before account activation (manual activation).
