Use of BAITULBYTES بايتول بيتس Service Constitutes Acceptance and Agreement.
To Use of BAITULBYTES بايتول بيتس Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to BAITULBYTES بايتول بيتس Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) as well as BAITULBYTES بايتول بيتس Terms of Service (TOS).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All Payments To BAITULBYTES بايتول بيتس Are Non-Refundable Unless A Promised Service Has Not Been Provided.

We support the uncensored flow of information and ideas over the Internet and do not actively monitor subscriber activity under normal circumstances. Similarly, we do not exercise editorial control over the content of any web site, e-mail transmission, newsgroups, or other material created or accessible over or through the services, except for certain proprietary Web sites. However, in accordance with our TOS, we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this AUP. Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or immediate termination of either your BaitulBytes بايتول بيتس account.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies.
Unauthorized use of other people’s accounts or computers
BaitulBytes will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner’s authorization. Such attempts include “social engineering” (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password cracking, security hole scanning, etc.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a BaitulBytes customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to BaitulBytes, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, according to the seriousness of the attack.

Zero Overselling Policy.
To begin with, you're probably wondering what "overselling" actually is. It's a fairly simple equation: a server is limited in the number of accounts it can have placed on it by the size of the hard drive or the amount of bandwidth it can push out (this of course assumes that none of the accounts are CPU or RAM heavy). It's obvious: you can't put more than 500GB on a 500GB hard drive. Unfortunately, this is exactly what some webhosts will try to do. For example, they might sell 60 accounts with 10GB each and place them all on a server with 1 x 500GB hard drive. The math is simple: 60 10GB accounts = a total usage of 600GB. 600GB doesn't fit onto a 500GB hard drive. How do they do this? They hope that you will never use all of the space you have paid for. They simply cross their fingers and hope that you all use a maximum of 8 or 9GB each so that you never notice that you literally can't use all of your 10GB. Then they charge you less than half the price of a host that doesn't oversell and you don't find out you're being ripped off until you get close to using all of the space you paid for and they either kick you off the server for "using too many resources" (ie using all that you paid for) or they juggle accounts onto different servers so that you hopefully don't notice. Until it all comes crashing down and they disappear with your money.

It has become a general trend in the industry for hosting companies to offer unfeasible amounts of storage and transfer in hopes of gaining customers on that notion alone. However, at BaitulBytes, we promise to never allocate more resources than we have available.

If we have 100GB disk space available on a given server, our guarantee is to never lease more than 100 accounts with 1GB allocated each. At other hosts you may find yourself sharing that 100GB with 500 accounts which may cause many endless problems.

We only provide service from what we actually have and do not provide service that does not exist on our end. This is our definition of our "Zero Overselling Policy".

Adult Oriented Websites.
Sites containing adult material, links to adult material or adult-oriented merchandise are not permitted. The final determination of what constitutes “adult content” is made by BaitulBytes.

Any website that selling anything that related to sex/sexual product is NOT allow to host on BaitulBytes server. We also DO NOT allow childporn in anyway on our servers, no warez hosting, torrentflux, rapidleech, file hosting or any bandwidth consuming action that will effect our server. Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any Your Personal Host server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to Your Personal Host servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. All IRC related activities are strictly prohibited and can be cause for immediate account termination! We're STRICLY do not allow any HARAM activity and should according to the Syarak law (Islamic religious law).

File Backups and Restore.
BaitulBytes is not responsible for website management or files lost or damaged by users. Website construction and management is the responsibility of the client. We backup data in every accounts weekly, including mySQL database, however, we are not liable to any data loss in the event of technical problems. Therefore, client-maintained backup of all site files is recommended and should be maintained outside of BaitulBytes facilities, or in your local PC.

Lawful Purpose.
BaitulBytes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use BaitulBytes server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secrets, child pornography and satanic materials. BaitulBytes expressly forbids anyone from using BaitulBytes’s servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way the above, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of BaitulBytes management.

BaitulBytes services are intended for the end user only. Customers cannot sublease, subhost, or give away control of any portion of BaitulBytes resources. Doing so could result in immediate account cancellation. Your password is considered private and is not to be given out to any third party outside your organization.

According To The Syarak (Islamic Religious Law).
BaitulBytes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. BaitulBytes will NOT allow the Following:

- Anti Muslim or Anti Islamic Content: Websites containing material Defaming Islam and Muslims, Content relating to criticism of Islam, Shariah, Muslim, Qur'an and As-Sunnah.

- Sites attacking other sects or of a sect division content: Websites that contain content whose aim is to cause division i.e Bashing of Hanafi, salafi etc. Counter arguing may be accepted please check with us.

- Drugs or Alchohol or any UnIslamic Related Content: Content Containing the use of Drugs, Promotion of Alcohol, or Content that is against the principles of Islam, Qur'an, Shariah and the Sunnah.

- Links to anti-Islamic Websites: Any External Links/Promotion to Anti-Islamic websites, Even if it is used as counter measures we cannot allow such sites be given exposure.

- Hate that contains racist and defamatory Material: Material containing hate or racist content. i.e Videos of Killing, bombs, terrorism, extreme Jihad Content, Bomb/Explosive making manuals etc. Please NOTE Sites of this nature will not be allowed whatsoever on our Servers.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN BID'AAH, HERESY, CULT, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL AND HARAM, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NOTICE. Any sites found to contain any of the above material will be Notified and requested to remove content. In The Even of Pornographic or Anti-Islamic websites appearing on our servers such accounts will be terminated immediately. Refunds are not given on TOS violations.

Payment Policies.
If make an order, our billing system will create invoice for your account. If we did not receive any payment three (3) days after your order, we will cancel your order. We will activate your account once we received the payment or once we approve your payment. BaitulBytes now accepting payment through PayPal as for alternation of payment gateways. Payment via PayPal will need our approval before account activation (manual activation). An additional charge $1 USD for this payment gateway (PayPal) will be charged to the buyer / payer.

We accepted and preferred payment through local banks in Malaysia only such as Maybank, CIMB Bank, neither Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) or bank counter (offline) or Online Transfer Funds (online).

PLEASE NOTE that PayPal is alternation only and you can make a payment by using PayPal for shared hosting plans, reseller hosting plans, and domain names only. We do not accept and you cannot make a payment by using PayPal for VPS, Dedicated, Colo, etc. Preferably if payment through local banks in Malaysia.

Indemnification.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold BaitulBytes harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against BaitulBytes, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BaitulBytes against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with BaitulBytes server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from BaitulBytes server.

Disclaimer.
BaitulBytes will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer for any reason, including negligence on our part. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by BaitulBytes and its employees. BaitulBytes makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied about the services we provide. BaitulBytes specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

BaitulBytes cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by BaitulBytes are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by BaitulBytes are not directly owned or written by BaitulBytes. Moreover, BaitulBytes holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as BaitulBytes sees fit.

Content:
All services provided by BaitulBytes may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Malaysia Federal or State law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, unlicensed software or files, or material protected by trade secret and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BaitulBytes from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Examples of non-acceptable content or links:
· Pirated software.
· Illegal MP3’s.
· Hackers programs or archives.
· Warez Sites.
· Child Pornography.

BaitulBytes Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NOTICE.

UnAcceptable Material on all Shared, Reseller and VPS, Dedicated servers.
Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared and Reseller servers include:

IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, hosted autoresponder, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.

File distribution websites e.g. a website distributing large movies, software or MP3s this material are not allowed.

Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted, with the exception of one cPanel backup of the same account. Please do not take backups of your backups.

Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared and Reseller servers include:

Topsites;

Rapidleech;

Hosted autoresponder;

IRC Scripts/Bots;

Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers;

Pirated Software/Warez;

Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic);

AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites;

IP Scanners;

Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications;

Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts;

Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation);

File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare);

Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams);

Escrow/Bank Debentures;

High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites;

Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme);

Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s);

Prime Banks Programs;

Lottery Sites;

MUDs/RPGs/PPBGs;

Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites;

Hacker focused sites/archives/programs;

Sites promoting illegal activities;

Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content;

Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs;

Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com).

Examples of unacceptable material on VPS and Dedicated servers include:

IRCD (irc servers);

IRC Scripts/Bots;

Pirated Software/Warez;

IP Scanners;

Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications;

Mail Bombers/spam Scripts;

Escrow;

High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites;

Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme);

Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s);

Prime Banks Programs;

Lottery Sites;

Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites;

Hacker focused sites/archives/programs;

Sites promoting illegal activities;

Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content;

Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs;

Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com);

Mailer Pro.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via troubleticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours. If in doubt regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us at abuse@baitulbytes.com.my and we will be happy to assist you. Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita):

Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.

Resellers: we will suspend the site in question and will notify you so you may terminate the account. We will further monitor your activity; more than one infraction of this type may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice.

Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password. It is required that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password.

Background Processes/Programs.
BaitulBytes may allow programs to run continually in the background, these are considered on a one to one basis and a extra charge may be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

Commercial Advertising - Email (Spamming).
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a BaitulBytes server or using an email address that is maintained on a BaitulBytes machine is STRICTLY prohibited. For general reference, we consider spam any email that is sent to more than 10 people at a time that did not ask for it to be sent to them. If a client is identified as spammer, we will immediately investigate, and if proven true, the account will be terminated immediately and the client will be liable to cover all damages caused and the costs of any penalties imposed by law. All payments made by said customer will not be refunded.

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information over the Internet. It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward BaitulBytes, but also because it can overload BaitulBytes network and disrupt service to BaitulBytes subscribers. Also, maintaining an open SMTP relay is prohibited. When a complaint is received, BaitulBytes will investigate and shutdown the account that which are spamming. As for reseller account, we will keep a good communication with the reseller regarding this as the spam might be initiated by their client and not by the reseller account owner.

BaitulBytes Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Opt-In email is acceptable, as long as Opt-Out/Removal request are fully honored. Please make an effort to limit outgoing mail on your account to no more than 100 pieces per hour.

Network and Server Security.
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a system security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.

BaitulBytes have the rights to use any black listed IP filter provided by any anti spamming/hacking society. If your IP is blocked by any of the above mentioned society, BaitulBytes will not be responsible and you need to contact your Internet Service Provider about your problem.

Server Resources.
It is a violation for anyone to post information or to include programs on our servers that consume server resources and slow down the server in turn. Any party that slows our servers down, can and will be notified. BaitulBytes reserves the right to terminate any running software processes that are overloading a server, or slowing it down heavily.

CPU/RAM Usage.
The CPU/RAM consumption of a web site may in no way affect the performance of a server. This means that the implementation of scripts on a web site must be carefully studied by the account’s owner.

All domain account's only allowed to use not more than 10% of CPU processing power at anytime. If there are cases of CPU Usage exceeds, we will advised on optimization options for your website. If said domain still using more than allowed CPU Power after optimization, it is clear that said website is not eligible to be placed in shared hosting and client will be instructed to move away for VPS or Dedicated Server.

Examples of what can cause high CPU/RAM usage are:
· Scripts that handle too much data from text files. An example of this is a message board. The UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board) & Ikonboard is well known to consume very high amounts of CPU anytime it has to handle its flat file/mysql database (like when someone posts a message).
· Perl scripts constantly executed consume a lot of server resources, since the Perl interpreter must be launched each time the script is called.
· Components or scripts or plugins with long loops and componets or scripts or plugins that are constantly calling a database and doing complex queries.
· Any autoblog components or scripts or plugins, such as wp-o-matic for Wordpress.
· Any self-hosted autoresponder components or scripts or plugins.
· We reserve the right to disable any script that affects normal shared server operation without notice. Web sites with excessive traffic will consume plenty of CPU and RAM, since the webserver has to handle more.

If a script (and its instances) is found to be consuming too much CPU power (more than 10%) and/or RAM, and it’s affecting the overall performance of a server, BaitulBytes has the right to move/block the script, and warn the account’s owner. The warning will consist of a request to improve the performance of the script, or to replace it with a more efficient one. If, the account’s user pays no attention to a warning (or several ones) and puts the script back to operation, BaitulBytes has the right to again block the script and/or change the account’s password until the user complies. If, after that, the user still pays no attention to the warning and puts the script back, BaitulBytes will delete the account. No refunds will be given.

Server Abuse.
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a BaitulBytes Hosting server or customer of BaitulBytes is strictly prohibited. BaitulBytes will pursue legal action to the fullest extent for all abuse of the BaitulBytes network.

Suspension/De-Activation.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for account suspension or de-activation. BaitulBytes reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. If BaitulBytes deactivates your account(s) for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund. No refunds for advance payments, on de-activated accounts. Normal policy is a warning first, and account de-activation the second offense. Serious offenses may cause immediate de-activation.

Any domain that not hosted or pointed on our servers, will be suspended/deactivate to minimize the server resources, RAM/CPU usage and maximize the server performance without notice.

BaitulBytes is proud to offer an exceptional level of performance, reliability, and service. That is why we are making commitments to our customers in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which provides certain rights and remedies regarding the performance of the BaitulBytes network. The BaitulBytes Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees our network/equipment reliability and performance. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to customers of BaitulBytes web hosting & reseller, etc.

Exceptions.
Customer shall not receive any credits under this SLA in connection with any failure or deficiency of the BaitulBytes network caused by or associated with:

1-Circumstances beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, “Acts of God” (ie: fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, etc…), strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed.

2. Telco or Backbone Failure (TMNet, Jaring, NetMyne, etc).

3. Hardware failure (faulty hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted nor avoided). BaitulBytes utilizes only name brand hardware of the highest quality and performance.

4. Software bugs/flaws (Expolits and bugs may develop that cause security issues or downtime).

5. DNS issues not within the direct control of Baitul Bytes Network.

6. Network floods, hacks, attacks from outside parties or individuals.

7. Failure or error of any BaitulBytes monitoring or measurement system.

8. Client’s acts or omissions, including without limitation, any negligence, willful misconduct, or use of BaitulBytes service(s) in breach of BaitulBytes Policy and Service Guidelines by Client or others authorized by Client.

Connectivity.
BaitulBytes goal is to make the BaitulBytes network available to Client free of outages for 99% of the time. An “outage” is defined as an instance in which Client is unable to transmit and receive IP packets due to a BaitulBytes Hosting service failure for more than 10 consecutive minutes, excluding service failures relating to BaitulBytes Hosting scheduled maintenance and upgrades.

Downtime.
Downtime is defined as any BaitulBytes scheduled interruption of Services, for the purpose of network upgrades, or replacement of any equipment in order to provide for you better service, or unexpected reboot. Scheduled downtime occurs during notified downtime periods, with as much advance warning as possible via e-mail with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Hardware Failure.
BaitulBytes stands behind all equipment on our network. Faulty hardware is rare, but cannot be predicted nor avoided. BaitulBytes utilizes only name brand hardware of the highest quality and performance. BaitulBytes will replace all faulty hardware affecting performance levels of equipment ASAP, which includes hardware issues that cause server crashes or speed issues. Hardware failure resulting in complete network/server outage/downtime will be corrected ASAP from the problem identification.

Shared (non-reseller) / Semidedicated Servers.
Shared accounts may not resell web hosting to other people, if you wish to resell hosting you must use a reseller account. Semidedicated servers are not backed up. You must maintain your own backups.

Reseller: Client Responsibility.
Resellers are responsible for supporting their clients. BaitulBytes does not provide support to our Reseller's Clients. If a reseller's client contacts us, we reserve the right to place the client account on hold until the reseller can assume their responsibility for their client. All support requests must be made by the reseller on their clients' behalf for security purposes. Resellers are also responsible for all content stored or transmitted under their reseller account and the actions of their clients'. BaitulBytes will hold any reseller responsible for any of their clients actions that violate the law or the terms of service.

Dedicated Servers.
BaitulBytes reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current so that we may do security audits as required by our datacenter. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is a valid email address and current root password on file for their dedicated server on file to prevent downtime from forced password resets. BaitulBytes reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter. Dedicated servers are NOT backed up by us and it is the responsibility of the client to maintain backups or have a solution for this. You may purchase an additional hard drive and maintain backups to it as the most simple solution. Please contact sales[@]baitulbytes.com if you wish to obtain a secondary hard drive. It is your responsibility to maintain backups.

Free Domain Names Offer.
Domain names are offered at absolutely no cost to you when purchasing eligible hosting plans. Terms is apply. Please note that domain registrations and transfer fees are non-refundable.

Our Guarantee.
We want you to be a satisfied customer! We can only be successful if we have satisfied customers, so we go the extra mile to make sure we offer the highest quality of service at great prices.

1. 7-Days Money Back Guarantee.
If during your first 7 days with us you are less than happy with the level of service you have received, you are welcome to claim a full refund. Your account will be closed and money promptly refunded, insyaAllah.

Any refund request will be set into investigations and if claim found to be valid, the process will took around 7-30 days. With regards, BaitulBytes have the rights to carefully investigates and decide whether to accept or decline refund request based on the source of problem occurs.

Please note that there will be no refund policy for Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer, Dedicated Servers, VPS, Co-Location Servers and Web SMS Server as these product lies under non-refundable category.

2. 99% Uptime Guarantee.

We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund--and none will be given. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required.

BAITULBYTES reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site hosted on our servers that contains any content that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.
